Seem you got something wrong during migrate data in step #5. Let’s provide me information about your instance:
+ Admin credentials and URL to back-end
+ SSH credentials and path to Magento2 folder

I have checked in the back-end of your instance and I saw you have completed settings in the step #5. Let’s continue with data migration in the step #5 by click to ‘RUN’ button in dashboard of our tool or you could use CLI command to run data migration in the step #5:
php -f bin/ubdatamigration run --step=5
Also, please follow exactly steps for data migration as indicated in the guide of our tool in Readme.html

i pressed the RUN button but nothing is showing on the log, when i check the product section it looks like it uploads one product and got stuck there. there is anything i missed here?

That depended to the product’s volume and server’s performance. Let’s try run data migration by use CLI command:
Example run data migration in the step #5:
php -f bin/ubdatamigration run --step=5
And you could do similar for other steps. Please looking more about CLI commands in the guide of our tool in Readme.html

About product custom attribute our tool helps migrate data and attribute’s settings only and you could view information of that attributes in your database and back-end after migrated.
