Could you please let us know which version of migration tool you’re using?
We have an outdated script on Github, however we no longer maintain it and replace with a newer UB Data Migration Pro here. We also have UB Data Migration Lite version at Ubertheme, however it’s still based on an old codebase, hence this is mainly for testing purpose. This Lite version has some limitations:
- It is compatible with Magento 2.0.7 only, and your M2 must be a fresh instance
- It does not support NGINX
- Limited feature sets
We highly recommend you consider moving forward with our Pro version. It will definitely save you pretty much time.
