Hi,
 
Some of our goods are taxable and some are not. We just noticed that all products migrated over as non-taxable. Too many products to change manually. Also we added pictures and changed things on the new sites products already so can’t afford to lose that data.

You have to finish the data migration in step 6 to migrate the tax classes.

Hi Mall,
 
All steps have been completed. The problem is with actual products being taxable or not. Ones that were taxable did not carry over taxable, they came over with no tax setting. See tax column on screenshot. Seems like our non-taxable did carryover as non-taxable. We have both taxable and non-taxable products.

Hi Mall,
I am still waiting for an answer and solution. We cannot go live until this is rectified. We need product tax status brought over. The products that were taxable on our last site are left blank on our new site and are not charging tax. Items that were not taxable on our old site are correct. See screenshots in above post.
