when trying to migrate customers i get this error
CDbCommand failed to execute the SQL statement: SQLSTATE[23000]: Integrity constraint violation: 1048 Column ‘telephone’ cannot be null
we do not require a telephone number on accounts. how can we get passed this?

Let’s enable debug mode of our tool as indicated in the Readme.html (included file in your downloaded package)
And re-run the step which you got that issue. And then, provide me details of error message. I will check further and help you out.

To solve that, kindly do steps as bellow:
Step 1: Download the php file at HERE
Step 2: Upload replace downloaded file to the file at: pub/ub-tool/protected/controllers/Step6Controller.php
Step 3: Once done, you can continue with data migration in the step #6 of our tool.
