Thanks for your interest in our Bookshop theme.
All our Magento theme, including Bookshop is available for Magento CE only. At present, Bookshop is available for the latest Magento 1.9.2.4 (You can see details of our latest themes here: https://www.ubertheme.com/magento-updates/upgrade-magento-1-9-2-4)
We’re also working on the Bookshop theme for Magento 2 which will be released within next month.
