There is no Next Step button in categories

I am half way configure the data migration through UB Data Migration Pro 3.1.9, there is no Next Step Button available in Categories migration. Please help.
I am trying to migrate from M1 1.9.3 to M2 2.3.2

    The migration tool detects that you have 1609 variables. Please increase the max_input_vars param in your PHP settings (New value must be bigger than 1609) before continuing this step.After click button Dismiss, can see Next button but it is unclickable. Please help
