Wonder how much support time have the template.
What about the corrections, I will support and access to download all of them

Thank you for checking out our product.
Once you purchased successfully license packages from us, you can download themes you wish:
-- Single themes package: you can only download 1 commercial theme which you purchased, plus free themes.
-- Developer Packages: you’re able to download all of our themes
And when you are active member, if you have any concern about how to use our theme, how to install, how to setup alike our demo site display or bug fix, you can raise the same question, we are happy to help you out.
For the support time, support is available from Monday to Friday 8.30 AM to 5.30 PM with reply time of max 24 hrs.

Okay , thank you. But the question is : if I buy the template Megamall , only it, as support long will I have? And after paid the template , I will be entitled to updates or have to make a new purchase ( the same template ) ?

Once you purchased this single package -- JM Megamall successfully, you can update and have support in one year. In case that our theme has bugs or you have difficulty in using our theme, feel free to send us your questions, we are happy to help.
