We are using the UB Data Migration Pro (CE) -- 3.2.4 for Magento v2.3.5.
When we are trying to migrate M1 from M2 data from the different server(DB), We are getting the following error.
CDbConnection failed to open the DB connection.
We are using this on Magento EE So please help us to resolve this issue.

Hi there,
When we are trying to migrate M1 from M2 data from the different server(DB)
If you have a separate database host, you have to enable a remote MySQL database connection to your Magento 1 database following this guide.
Anyway, for the best performance especially in the case of big data, the source and destination databases on the same MySQL server are recommended.
We are using this on Magento EE So please help us to resolve this issue.
We’re afraid that our module supports Magento CE 1.x to Magento CE 2.x only. Some of our users did use the module for EE-related projects, however, they all resolved the issues at their end.
