UB DM pro error

 Hello,

I’ve just purchased UB DM pro and am getting the following error when trying to import step 2 attributes. Heres the error:

CDbCommand failed to execute the SQL statement: SQLSTATE[23000]: Integrity constraint violation: 1062 Duplicate entry ’97’ for key ‘PRIMARY’. The SQL statement executed was: INSERT INTO `eav_attribute_label` (`attribute_id`, `store_id`, `attribute_label_id`, `value`) VALUES (:yp0, :yp1, :yp2, :yp3)

I also have to hit the start button twice on this step -- the first time, it just reloads the page, the second time produces the error, which kind of seem logical if the some of the first step is working.

Please come back to me asap

Pete

Hi vektor,
Let’s tell me more detail information about your working. What version of Magento 1 and Magento 2 in your working?
Did you try make reset step 2 and re-start data migration in this step?
Best Regards,
Mall.

Hi vektor,
I need a closer look to detect the root of issues as you mentioned.
Let’s provide me the ssh credentials of your Magento 2 and connect information of your Magento1 database.
I will check further and help you get out.
Regards,
Mall.

Hi vektor,
At present, we maintain technical support via this helpdesk only.
As you are working on local site, please make a backup and send me your Magento 1 database (Which will be the most convenient way for you to share the file, Dropbox…?)
I will have a closer look to debug and let you know the solution.
Regards,
Mall.

Hi Mall,
We didn’t hear back from you regarding the last post 3 days ago and was hoped we might hear back sooner than this?
The good news is that we’ve been able to import almost everything over the w/e with a fresh copy of the live DB, however I’m still experiencing 2 problems -- these are:

Step 9:
Is throwing this error and looks like the app isn’t taking into account my table prefix and the table is definitely there with my prefix.

CDbCommand failed to execute the SQL statement: SQLSTATE[42S02]: Base table or view not found: 1146 Table 'my-db.tax_calculation_rate' doesn't exist. The SQL statement executed was:
INSERT INTO tax_calculation_rate VALUES ('1', 'US', '12', '*', 'US-CA-*-Rate 1', '8.2500', null, null, null);

Passwords:
We’re not able to login as any user in the new M2 frontend. We’re also not able to login after going through the password reset user journey. Are you able to help/comment on how/what your app is doing with the new passwords?

Many thanks

Pete

Hi vektor,

Is there an update on the Tax settings bug?

=> Seems your Magento 2 database have a prefix but you don’t setting the prefix of Magento 2 db in step 1?

We’re not able to login as any user in the new M2 frontend.

=> You can create new/enable/disable a admin user by command line.
Regards,
Mall.

Hi  Mall,
Thanks for coming back to me -- in terms of the table prefix, all that data has been imported upto and including the email templates on step9. So I’m sure we have correctly configured step1. Trying to reset step9 leads to the same error. Really hope to get this fixed ASAP.
Just to update on Passwords -- it seems my browser was aggressively caching and therefore messing up my sessions. I don’t believe there is a still a problem with passwords going forward.

Many thanks
