In the bottom left of this screenshot of my product pages: https://gyazo.com/57858db0866c11052c043d3dccce42f3
there are links for the tabs just above, an unnecessary feature. Can I easily remove these links via a setting or do I require my web developer to edit the page code ?
thanks in advance.

Hi Nick,
The link for mobile version. Normal when you refresh the page it shouldn’t show this link. I do not know why this link show via desktop version. Are you using the latest version of us? If yes please share me the site URL I will check more details about this.
Best Regards,
Ziven.
It appears in every product page but here is a randomly selected example --

Login and access details as per previous tickets.

Hi Nick,
I have checked and see you did not update new CSS file from us. That why it not hidden in the desktop.
Please download the new file and compare to update (New version for theme is: 1.0.6). Also please take care and have the backup.
When done all please re-compile the LESS.
It will work fine.
Please let me know if you need help further.
Best Regards,
Ziven.
Thanks for that.
Before we update the version, I have another question. Another developer had to update:
app/design/frontend/Ubertheme/megamall/Magento_Catalog/layout/catalog_product_view.xml
in order to fix another issue relating to their extension. Is this file likely to get overwritten if we update the CSS and theme version ?
And what about the custom changes to the CSS you did late last year ? (see previous tickets) Will these get overwritten too ?
Nick

-> Yes. If you did not change anything in this file for your customized you can replace this file. When done you only need clean the cache. If you have been customized you will need to compare the file to keep your custom.
#And what about the custom changes to the CSS you did late last year? (see previous tickets) Will these get overwritten too?
-> You will need to compare files to keep customized. Because will improve and fixed many issues in the theme. That why we upgrade the version of the theme.
Note: You need to backup when go to process upgrade the theme.
Please let me know if you need help further.
Best Regards.

O
Thanks -- I’ve made a copy of the first file mentioned to restore after upgrade -- but what were the other file names you edited in late December to correct the MegaMenu issue I was having?
Nick
Hi Nick,
I tried to connect your site: “http://tbs-dev.biz/” to see the issue MegaMenu. But it show this message: https://www.dropbox.com/s/pp4gw1p6h0jfaxb/2018-01-08_09-20-06.png?dl=0
Please help me resolved first. When done I will see the issue MegaMenu again.
Best Regards,
Ziven.
Sorry -- yes site is down for a little while. When up, I’ll notify you.

We have not upgraded to the new version though.
Before we update the version, can you tell me which files you changed when you made custom changes to the CSS to fix the MegaMenu menu issue (late last year) ? -- see previous tickets) I dont want to overwrite them.
thanks -- Nick
Hi There,
Here the file you need compare and backup: app\design\frontend\Ubertheme\megamall\Ubertheme_UbMegaMenu\web\css\source\module\_horizontal.less
Best Regards,
Ziven.
Please confirm where the latest CSS is:
https://www.ubertheme.com/public_html/app/design/frontend/Ubertheme/megamall/Magento_Catalog/web/css/source returns a 404 page.
We have updated to latest version of theme.
Hi There,
I wonder why you mentioned the link of our Ubertheme site:
https://www.ubertheme.com/public_html/app/design/frontend/Ubertheme/megamall/Magento_Catalog/web/css/source
Once knowing your question in more details, I will get back to you then.
Best Regards,
Ziven.
Hi Ziven,
in your response in this thread from four days ago: https://gyazo.com/c744023247ca0dfbab18178aad781efd and mouse over the word “file” -- you will see this link
https://www.ubertheme.com/public_html/app/design/frontend/Ubertheme/megamall/Magento_Catalog/web/css/source
I presumed you were asking me to download the CSS from that link. If there is another source, please let me know.

Hi Nick,
My apology, it seems our Helpdesk editor here automatically appends our domain ubertheme.com to the path I mentioned in my reply #3.
I mean if you download the latest version of our UB Megamall theme, you will get the latest folder: app/design/frontend/Ubertheme/megamall/Magento_Catalog/web/css/source which has already been updated and no longer has the issue.
Please confirm if you already updated to our latest theme version and the issue was resolved?
In case you still need help, kindly let me know.
Best Regards,
Ziven.
Hi Ziven,

At the moment all is OK, slowly building website.

Hi Nick,
I’ve checked and see you have not updated the latest theme yet. That’s why the links remain.
I also checked the folder public_html/app/design/frontend/Ubertheme/megamall/Magento_Catalog/web/css which shows the old files. Kindly check and update the latest theme again.
Please make sure you backup all your theme and changes you might have before update.
Best Regards,
Ziven.
