Will there be any issues with this template if i try to upgrade to magento2?

Gem is available for Magento 1.9.x only. We have a few M2 themes in place as listed below, please take a look:

I was looking at the UB Megamall, it say you have 2 versions?
The standard and the extended.
I don’t understand what really is the difference? If we get the standard, we dont have a slideshow or megamenu?
Also how can we migrate the database that we already have with magento 1?

The standard version refers to single Magento 2 theme without extensions.
