Hi,
I cannot add any new product images, Problem noted across all PC/MAC computers using latest versions of browsers to include IE, Firefox (PC/MAC), Opera (MAC), Safari.
It appears the image uploads but when I try to save and I get consistently logged out of backend administration and no thumbnails, etc are generated.
Never imagined the simplest of tasks such as adding a new product would prove so frustrating.
Any help is greatly appreciated.

Was able to successfully import images via MS Excel XML file.

In a nutshell
1) Exported All Products CSV
2) Using MS Excel, I opened file and modified fields
3) Saved as MS Excel XML file
4) Manually uploaded image files to /media/import/ directory
5) Imported the new MS Excel XML
