USPS Shipping Method Error

I’m having difficulty setting up USPS shipping method.
I believe I’m doing all the steps properly

1. Sign up for USPS account.
2. After receiving e-mail:

Thank you for registering for the U. S. Postal Service’s Web Tools Application Program Interfaces (APIs). We are providing you with a User ID that serves multiple purposes, as explained below.

Your Username is XXXXXXXXXXXXX
Your Password is XXXXXXXXXXXXX

I contacted them to ask them to move me over to a live production. Which they did and received their e-mail:

Congratulations on completing your testing using the U.S. Postal Service’s Web Tools Application Program Interfaces (APIs). Your profile has been updated to allow you access to the Production Servers.

The URLs you will use for the Production Servers are:
http://production.shippingapis.com/ShippingAPI.dll
https://secure.shippingapis.com/ShippingAPI.dll

I believe the URLs are the ones already as default on magento.

I have attached a copy of my settings which include the initial usernameID and pass code from fist e-mail. I have checked the weight of the item, and I’m testing one with 1 lbs. or just 1 on the weight entered in the field. I have tried different methods of shipping on USPS field but no luck!

Any help is appreciated

Sorry I forgot the error I get when trying to check out:

Sorry, no quotes are available for this order at this time.

or when show method is selected

This shipping method is currently unavailable. If you would like to ship using this shipping method, please contact us.

So the check out process ends here with this error.

Any help is appreciated

I turned on debug and got the following error from

/var/log/shipping_usps.log

[result] => <?xml version="1.0"?>

<RateV4Response><Package ID="0"><Error><Number>-2147219401</Number><Source>;clsRateV4.CreateAllPostage-;RateEngineV4.ProcessRequest</Source><Description> Error Information: The Origin ZIP Code you have entered is invalid.</Description><HelpFile></HelpFile><HelpContext>1000440</HelpContext></Error></Package></RateV4Response>

I’m not sure why it has an error with the zip code.
