I am not sure i understand what you mean by Vbulletin Forums Extension. I guess what you need is Vbulletin Forum suite that can be bought directly from vbulletin inc.

To supplement my esteemed colleague’s advice, you can also check out the JFUSION plugin -- which will connect your vBulletin forum with your Joomla site so that your users only need to login once -- just like JoomlArt.
