1 .- released through the quickstart templates and free installation. Modules as ProductSlider with error 404. Another module, function, if you hit to download the module from another template where the problem is corrected
2 .- README file with instructions or incorrect links.
3 .- Post on the forum with instructions for installation developers quickstart or other, incorrect
4 .- Quicstart to file. sql WRONG
ERROR 1062 (23000) at line 15183: Duplicate entry ‘1 ‘for key 1
5.- Overall confusing instructions and duplicated in multiple forums, with no minimum coordinancion, and a version control system painful.
In a nutshell in a development environment, we have lost more than 2 hours for nothing.
I fear there are many website templates much more professional than you.

1) After you install a module you should go to system -> Roles and edit administrator -> Save Roles.
