First of all it is beautiful template.. and after working on it for a quite some time I discovered I simply cannot do purchases orders… no way.
Anyhow, iT is database problem with sample. So I had to reinstalled. ..and do without sample data. Works fine. However, that is a pity…To fix this would take ages..for me …I saw same error people had when upgrading to new version. .."There was an error to process your order"
Anyone installed quick installation ? I did 5 times tried and tried.. and yes all works till …..you try check out. then of course sql error .."There was an error to process your order" after investigation i found it what error.
SQLSTATE[42S22]: Column not found: 1054 Unknown column ‘downloadable_link_purchased.order_item_id’ in ‘where clause’
I don’t know if anyone tried short cut lol .. like me getting lazy sometimes and install quick installation with sample data……..? Did you have same problem.?
Just curiosity as I installed all from scrach including first orignial magento and then template without databases.. Would make life much easier though.

Ok I found it even easier fix.. if someone has the same problem…
Silly me tried make short cut and of course paid my price lol. Yup somehow database for template was messing up with whole software. No idea frankly as it takes a lot of time to find out. So quick fix:
install quick install .. and new database of course.. delate from sql folder just database from template…. and you be fine with most of the on the server 
Easy… as 1 2 3 Brilliant template but for newbies a bit working out .. but that is not template but magento.
Hello di38, can you please explain to me again how you managed to fix this problem. I am experiencing hte same problem with my Magento installation with Sulfur, and I am not quite sure how your solutions works. I currently have about 75 products in my storefront, and I would prefer to fix this without having to reinstall everything. If I take the route of reinstalling everything then that means I will also have to reimplement all of my products, which in itself has taken me about two weeks to do.
