Where to edit "Site Map – Search Terms – Advanced Search – Orders and Returns"？

OK, I found the xml files inside this directory (/app/design/frontend/default/jm_scerif/layout). But I can’t find the XML file for "Order and Returns". Where is the xml file located?

Second question: When I switch to Chinese Language, the title "Order and Returns" still remain in English, so what should be done to make it to Chinese?

You just need to open the locale file of app\locale\your_language_code\Mage_Sales.csv ( create the file if it was not there) to add the translate text, for example
"Orders and Returns","your translated text goes here"
