Where to edit the PAyPal logo and Newsletter text at RIGHT block position?

Hi mate,

Do you want to edit or remove those block ?
To remove the newletter you open the file app\design\frontend\default\jm_scerif\layoutnewsl etter.xml and remove this block tag
