which folder is for install

hi,
I have bought the bookstore theme, I want to install it myself.
I have found the a folder with the name “Theme” in my downloaded files, Is that all I should copy to my ftp server?
after copy und config I got message:
Fatal error: Class ‘Mage_Jmbasetheme_Helper_Data’ not found in /usr/www/users/zhongw/magento/app/Mage.php on line 546

You are missing install extension JM Basetheme. Please read document http://www.ubertheme.com/docs/sportsgear/ and it will help you resolve this issue.
