Siotis: Wrong base theme profile for side bar links

Hi there,
Firstly, I am not the original designer which has been dealing with this site from the start. I have taken over the reigns as the in-house web/graphic design so bear with me.
Okay so -- I have been trying to find out why the base theme profile changes on this site when I navigate to any of the items in the sidebar (See: tspmerchandise.com and click on any link in the left side bar).
This has become a huge source of frustration and I need to have it sorted before we can commit this site to being fully operational. I would like to give more information but I have not been dealing with this site for long and I have very little information from the previous designer on what was done to it to begin with.
I have been exploring the files in the FTP to see if I can find a solution but I really am just stabbing in the dark because I have no idea where to begin. Any and all help would be greatly appreciated.

 Hi navare,

I need a closer look to detect the root of issue as you said. Let’s provide me the admin and FTP credentials of your site in private reply.
I will check further and tell you solution to solve the issue.

Mall.

 Hi navare,
I have quick checkec in front-end of your site and see that, you have a customize CSS in the file at /skin/frontend/default/tsp/css/custom.css
and it loaded in home page of your site only. See here: http://i.imgur.com/CONKnzT.png
and that is root of issue as you said.
Please have a look and let’s me know if you need further assistance!
Regards,
Mall.

Hi Mall,
I had a look and it appears that the css file doesn’t load for any of the other pages as you mentioned. Would you happen to know which files should have the link tags in them for linking the custom.css so that I can fix this up?
My next question is, would you know why the layout is being ignored by the other pages or is this related the custom.css not linking to the other pages?
My current thought is that the previous designer has maybe altered the jm_siotis base files, and this is resulting in something as simple as applying a custom.css and changing the layout to a 2 column layout with a left side bar to be nigh impossible.
Thanks in advance.

Hi Navarre,
I see your frustration when dealing with unexpected issue. Yet, within scope of our regular support, we could not handle the issue that relates to customization at user end. For any changes you might need, please consider to hire a developer or using our custom service.
Hope you understand.
Sincerely,
An Nguyen
