why i got this error , please help me

Dear support team,
after installation i got this error on Magento ver. 1.7.0.2

Fatal error: Call to undefined method Mage_Jmbasetheme_Helper_Data::getactiveprofile() in C:\xampp\htdocs\magento\app\design\frontend\default\jm_book\template\page\2columns-left.phtml on line15

i’ve cleared cache and still got the same issue

Please install the JM Basetheme and you will resolve this issue. The JM Basetheme extension via in the package downloaded when you buy the theme from us.
PS: I wonder whether you did purchase this theme on our site ubertheme.com or via Themeforest?
