I have ordered installation of the MegaMall theme. It;s been 2 days since i ordered. It is still not installed. Queries take almost a day to respond. What sort of support is this?

As explained in our previous email, your server configuration prevents us from proceeding the installation. This happens some time due to specific server setup. That’s why we need your help to contact with server admin to have php extensions enabled.

I have received a confirmation from the hosting provider that they have enabled this extention.
Now without wasting another day to respond, as you have done previously, please complete this installation soonest.
I believe there is one free re-installation service attached the purchase of MegaMall theme. I would like to avail of this service. Please let me know how to request it.
I want the MegaMall theme to be reinstalled on my site. Please re-install the same.
