The up sells are showing for products whereas the related and cross sells are not being shown even after being defined for the product. Please let us know what made this not showing it up.

The cross-sells show up fine in the shopping cart. and the relate we have hidden it. and support to show upsell. If you want to show product to relate please share me the FTP and admin account I will help you show it.
Ps: I wonder whether you did purchase this theme on our site ubertheme.com or via Themeforest?
