Hi, 
Currently wishlist data is not being migrated from Magento 1 to Magento 2 using the UB Data Migration Tool. As this is a standard and out of the box feature of both Magento version it should be supported by the module.

Currently wishlist data is not being migrated from Magento 1 to Magento 2 using the UB Data Migration Tool.

Yes, that is right. The wishlist data section is beyond of support scope of our migration tool at this time.
We will consider handling that data section in the future.
