Would it be possible to setup this theme with magentogo (hosted store by magento)?
This is an issue you would need to verify with Magento -- as it is their servers/program.
However, assuming the servers for MagentoGo are like any other, then you should be able to install whatever theme(s) you want just like you would on any other server plan. If not, then I would highly question the restrictiveness of the MagentoGo plan.
