Reference books for Magento designer

Guys, any suggestion?

I feel dificulties of finding reference books for Magento Designer, especially the COMPLETE resources ranging from foundation, intermediate until advanced level of Magento knowledge. Is there any Magento expert here can suggest any GOOD or EXCELLENCE Magento resources for me?
