Order Email Copy not received

Hello

When an order is placed in my store, the customer receives the order confirmation email but I do not receive the order email copy.

I have tried BCC and separate email as the method.
I have also tried using a gmail address but no luck

Has anyone seen this behaviour and found a solution?

You can PM me login credentials of your site i.e: URL, admin , ftp account. I need a closer look to detect the root of issue here.
