Quickstart installation does not work

Hello,
 As I’ve wrote you in my previous e-mail from some 10 hrs back, I’m having difficulties installing and using the quickstart installation for Classy theme. I’ve spend all night trying to get it to work  like it is described in the poorly provided guide from here http://www.ubertheme.com/docs/classy/ .  I use a webhosting  server and from some reason every time after i get to step 3 provided in the guide  i get ”
Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator, [email protected] and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.
More information about this error may be available in the server error log.
Additionally, a 500 Internal Server Error error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.  ” error, please provide a more detailed guide and issues that can occur during those steps. It’s very frustrating to do something 10 times and see the same result everytime. From my debugging i saw that it might be a permission problem (something that it’s not mentioned in th e guide)Please consider refunding my purchase if no solution is provided.
