Account Info and Top Menu move down page when logged in

When I log into my shop the Account info and Top Menu both move down the page a little throwing my graphics out of whack. Is there a way to keep them in the same position as when I am NOT logged in?

Thanks for updating us the login information. I have checked your FTP but I couldn’t find how to access to source code of the site. I have accessed to /webspace/httpdocs/irishcranes.ie but I couldn’t see anything. Please guide me.
