I have a problem, i cant find my ubertheme Mega Menu that i buyed in 2021, can you asisst me with that? I tried to contact you over the contact form, but it keeps crashing and i cant reach out to you.

Hi Ivan,
If you purchased the license back in 2021 then this license has expired some years ago already. This means you no longer has access to download UB Mega Menu.
You need to have an active license to download the product. Please consider renewing your license to be able to download UB Mega Menu’s latest version (1.2.9) ..
So, why do i not have the older version if I have purchased it? Is there any kind of upgrade to do from the older version to the newer one, or do i for every version need to buy it from scratch?

Access to our download section is limited to active, paid members only.
While you can keep and use the files you previously downloaded, you will lose download access from our website if your license has expired. To regain download access, you need to renew your license.

Not really, so it doesnt matter if i cant find the extension for download, but i sohuld see my recipes(my billing history, but i cant)

To download your extension, please log in to your account on our website and navigate to MENU > Downloads.
If you need your purchase invoice, kindly provide your billing address, and we will send it to you.
