Category as Mega menu

I have 4 categories already setup on my Magento.
I cannot see the categories as main navigation tab running horizontally across the top of the page like in the demo.

Please suggest what I could be doing wrong.

I think there is missing extension from your theme:

#JM Megamenu.

Please have it installed and let me know your site works fine then.
