I found an alternative solution.

I save my logo in the name in the default folder called logo.png

…/skin/frontend/default/jm_sporty/images/logo.png

but a file called orange.png with the default logo overlap the new logo that I put ( you still see Sporty logo )

because

…/skin//frontend/default/jm_sporty/wavethemes/jmbasetheme/profiles/default/default.css.php

generate this css

h1#logo a {
background-image: url("images/default/orange.png") !important;
}

So you I save my logo a second time in the folder
…/skin//frontend/default/jm_sporty/wavethemes/jmbasetheme/profiles/default/images/default/orange.png

with the name orange.png

I have change de width et the high of the new logo in …/skin/frontend/default/jm_sporty/css/styles.css line 273 h1#logo a

I’m having the same issue. When I try to change the default logo from the Sporty logo to my logo under JM BaseTheme Logo Background Image, I choose my logo from my desktop and save. It saves my logo to the proper directory, but the path is incorrect and the logo does not display as a result. Pathe to my logo should be saved as http://surftechjp.com//skin/frontend…fault/logo.png BUT instead it is saving as http://surftechjp.com//skin/frontend…epath/logo.png Please advise.

you can try to replace the file of js\joomlart\jmbasetheme\jmbasetheme.js by my attachment here (unzip it first), I hope that helps !
