Error 310 (net::ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS) while perfoming a quickstart for Dicento

Hello guys, I started to perform a quickstart for Dicento on a hosted environmrnt (cloud) and started just fine, but when I got into the database stuff screen , when hit continue, the web surfer (chrome) starting to stock, then this message appeared,

Error 310 (net::ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS)

I attempted also renaming the folder where I stored the quistart files, same issue. Try IE. and it did even say a thing..

has someone had this error? how do I have it off to finish doing a quickstart.

I am installing Dicento.
