Hi David Dobson,
add new fields into products and have them display on the product page.
Let’s add your custom attribue for products you want and it will show in “Additional” tab in the product detail page.

(In this case, ‘Manufacturer’ is a custom attribute)

I wanted to check that I would not need to change anything myself for this to happen. I will get stuck in and add some custom field then.

In the additional information should be fine for my purposes, I just wanted to check before I started down that route that they would come through in the layout.
