How to activate position-13 static block

Hi, I can’t seem to find the place to activate position-13.
On cms page /home -- design tab -- I only find positions up till position-8 on design.

So where do i activate -- and add position-13? I have already position 10,11 and 12 activated on frontend.

I got it! It was a setting in the static block -13. Now its live :-)
