How to add Compare products link in My account

Hi,

I want to add in My Account menu an subitem link menu to Compare products if is posible with number of items that is in comparation list, like My cart, example: Compare products (3)

Please help me because compare product block is visible just in categories and is invisible in product page, in this case It can be accessed by anywhere.
