How to change a URL to URL friendly?

Hi team,
May you show me how to change the following URL to URL friendly?
Current URL:
http://mydomain/vietnam/jmproducts/filter/index/?genres=8
Change to:
http://mydomain/vietnam/danh-muc-yeu-thich

Please config in Url Management in Back-End of your site to update friendly url.
You can see bellow screenshots, i have make one URL http://tranhsondau.us/vietnam/danh-muc-yeu-thich.html as a example.
