I would like to change the email title for this:
"Welcome, bla bla bla!"
"Newsletter subscription success"
"Account confirmation for bla bla bla"
May I know go to which folders or files to modify it?

You can change by going to Backend -> System -> Transactional Emails -> Add New Template for email account new, newsletter, account confirmation, …
