I want my cash back ,as on one is answering my queries , While i am writing i have not finish 7 days after purchasing. I checked you have 7 days return policy. If you will not reach back , I have to sought everywhere. Hope may be your team is not what i actually think (poor support).

Could you share the site url, admin and FTP credentials? Our team will help you out.
The use of Magento themes might have bugs or issues, as it relates a lot of factors beyond the theme itself, like server environment, Magento or 3rd extensions etc.,
PS. For sure the refund inquiry within 7 days is always valid. Anyway, our support team are willing to help you, so please consider.
