Dear support team,
we have downloaded and installed as well as configured the latest JM SlideShow extension and are using the latest Magento template JM Mago (v. 1.8). Unfortunately the images of the image folder maintained in the backend are not displayed. The extension JM SlideShow just displays its title and a blank area.
Please check and advice how to fix this issue.
PS1: There is an IP filter on our page. Please register your IP before you access the page by clicking the following link: http://replace_with_our_domain_only_…e-htaccess.php
PS2: The "/admin" folder to access the backend has been replace by the following renaming "/shopverwaltung"

I just had a look and see that your slideshow’s images are showing fine.
