Installing Magento Themes

Right… I’ve sussed out installing the theme and the extensions… but the slideshow isn’t showing up on the site and I can’t work out why. It’s enabled etc. Any ideas?

Which theme are you using this slideshow extension? and may I know how did you install this theme -- using quickstart package or install theme and extensions separately?
-- If you install them individually: please make sure that all necessary files are uploaded
-- If you use quickstart: please check whether there is any error or not (javascript/php).

Please can someone help with this… My auntie needs the site ASAP and I can’t do anything because I can’t work out why JM Slideshow and JM Products aren’t showing. It’s probably something obvious but I haven’t got a clue. I’ve waited over 2 weeks for a reply by PM but no one is getting back to me, please help.
