the jm tab after installation does not show thumbnails on home page or should i say it displays the images in categories as big size rather than thum nail.

I change the index.php to index.php1 and read the error logs online. it reads:’

Magento is so annoying. Why are there enough codes to prevent "PHP errors like this?

From my personal experience this bug is coming when we upload or install incompatible extensions.I am not sure its apply for your development.but please check if you installed any version contactable versions of extensions.

I did 2 things.
a- moved my hosting from Go Daddy -- to a robust dedicated server
b- reinstall from scratch
THIS SITE IS WORKING & SUPER FAST 
!
** maybe its me but I find Joomla is better at troubleshooting a live site.
Modules, Plugins, Data, whatever this issue maybe you can remove it & reinstall with little or no interference of the live site.
Product Categories is best with Magento.

Good to here that mate.
Try to use Magento connect manager when installing extensions. quite same as joomla.you can install/uninstall them very easily.
