"JM User Tool" and "User Link"

How to acess the "JM User Tool" and "User Link" I cannot find any information on these two. Also is listed in the admin area either.

I have went throught all the JM Magento templates forum threads. I try to learn as much as possilbe.

What discourage me is the lack of response from the Developer on most of the threads. I get a better answer rate on JA templates.

I really hope that the Developer pay more attention to the JM Magento Templates.
