I need to move many products from one magento site to another. I tried the import/export method but I keep getting errors and no pictures show up. Is there any other way of doing this?

please tell us which steps did you do and which errors you met?
There are over 1000 products that I need to move and when I used the import/export method.. only 23 products moved, they werent categorized, no pictures etc.
Could you give me the FTP login information and Admin account to your site via your support ticket HCX-714-20302 in http://support.joomlart.com. Also please send us the CSV products file you need import to it. I’ll check for you.

Thanks for giving me your file and information.
You couldn’t upload images because you haven’t any images in media/import. Please upload images you need to import to your site to that directory and give it path like in you CSV file.
Example: thumbnail: /m/o/moonfaerie-135.jpg
You must push the moonfaerie-135.jpg to under media/import/m/o directory.
For categories you mush put correct categories Id of product in "category_ids" field of CSV file.
