Hi -- I had opened a ticket on Aug 17 and haven’t get any response to that ticket. Really need help with the issue.

I have been running 2 stores on Magento Enterprise and recently when updating Adamite store with latest template files, etc -- my slideshow in admin configuration section is not displaying all options.
Please note that I’m also running JM Mesolite for the other store.
On both websites slideshow on the front end works well -- just can’t seem to get all options on backend.
I have tried reinstalling all files & that didn’t help. Did clear cache as well.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I replied on that ticket, just update here:
It may lacks of JS file of these extension in your template, when I view your site, i get so many 404 error about these js files: http://easycaptures.com/fs/uploaded/635/5024724320.png
If these js files are being located, it may due to the permission problem, please try to change it.
About backend options of extension, may I know which option it lacks of ?
