Order Email not receving

When a customer makes purchases is not receiving an order confirmation email.
(And is enabled to send confirmation in backoffice to all: orders, comments, invoices, credit notes, etc … all assets)
Even when the administratos enter orders and makes a “send email” the order sending e-mail is not sent.
Important note: sending emails when there are shipping the product or when invoices is working perfectly. ONLY HAPPENS WITH ORDER EMAILS.
