On my phone when i click on the checkout drop down and try to click on checkout it does nothing. it works well in the browser when i adjust the browser width too, but on mobile it does not work.

infact anything in the drop down links at the top can’t be selected. any ideas?

In which mobile did you see the problem ? Were you not able to click at the dropdown items or it did nothing after clicking ?
im on my note 2 and my wifes s3
you can click and the drop down comes up but when you click any item of the drop down it does not work. it does nothing after clicking..

Yes, I just checked your site again in mobile and I can see a different layout 
yeah i put on a different theme as a quick fix.
