I installed template into my magento.
Magento instalation is fresh, and i installed template by the steps of sticky tutorial.
2Problems already

Look at header. It’s a mess!
Second i can’t choose 3column layout because when i do it. The site is not loading. It loads just background.
Looking forward for answers.

Your site displays quite strange. Do you make any modification on the template? Please PM me some administrative information like ftp access, admin access so I could take a look and figure out the problem.
You just no need to. It’s 100% default.
Fresh magento and fresh install.
The problem was to chmod all files to 777 after uploading.

Could you please send me your ftp account, admin account via PM so that i could have closer look on the issue?
Problem solved.
Problem was that new uploaded files (template files) were not automaticaly CHMOD’ED to 777. I have done that.
How to do that:
If you are on dedicated (like i am): Command on SSH -- " chmod -R 777 /path/to/your/dir "
