Issue regarding product label.
When apply label to the first product in category, the first roll of products will all show the same label.
If label was indeed applied to the 2nd/3rd product, no label (on all products on the same roll) will be shown.
Same to the second roll. If label was applied to the 1st product on the second roll, all products on the 2nd roll will carry the same label. Again, applying labels to 5nd or 6rd products only will have no label.

We sorry for problem you faced, this is one bug of our theme. It will be fixed and updated in new version of JM Sporty.
You can take a backup of your site, download my attached file and replace this one:
app\design\frontend\default\jm_sportytemplate\cat alog\product\list.phtml
