Using JMCasual template for 2 stores. Of course I want the 2 stores to have different colors and JM Casual provides. One little problem. For the 2nd store, when going secure (SSL, https) it changes to the 1st store color.

@Mark Porter: You can PM me the FTP and Admin credentials of your website. I will check further the issue as you mentioned & tell you how to resolve it.
Our 2 stores are on a dedicated server and only can give you admin for backend of store
